Phillip "Eagle Claw" King

Phillip Edward King 67 (Eagle Claw) of St Joseph, passed away on March 24 2018 at Leavenworth VA hospital.

He was born April 10 1950 in St Joseph, to Edward  and Berniece (Warner) King. Phil worked  most of his life in sales.  He also played drums as a job and a hobby.   He enjoyed golf, bird hunting, fishing, and riding his motorcycle. He also enjoyed making people laugh with his witty humor.

Phil served in the U.S. Army from  1968 to 1971. He is a Vietnam Vet . He met his first wife Jean Starr will on R and R in Australia.  They married in New Zealand and then returned to the US.  They had one child. Jean currently resides in New Zealand.

He married Julie Barker on Oct 29, 2016 in St Joseph she survives of the home. 
He is a member of the Combat Vets Motorcycle Association,and a member of friends of Bill W. Phil was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors ; wife Julie King , brother Kevin King St Joseph son Jason King New Zealand twin grandsons  Corban and  Hunter King  New Zealand .  Step son Sean ( Jessica ) Barker  St Joseph  and  cousins.
